How do we come together, how do we love each other without seeing our differences. It does take positive leadership from all sides. I just listened to a report about 2 women scientists who have had their grant money paused, now needing to pay their bills. To work for free while one person decides their livelihood. I am sorry for all of us….

Good Morning! The Sweet Potato Fries are back on the menu along with a cup of Joe from Lone Oak Coffee. This is how our Carnival Harvest Soup began last night by roasting tomatoes, then we added sorghum baked beans, and a little crushed pineapple. See you soon, friends.

I watched the Borowitz Report in this AM, Ann Telnaes on her Post Cartoon and the now popularity of her visual voice. We can make a difference by simply saying that I will not follow untruths. Good Natured Market and Cafe will be closed today and tomorrow.
I do not shop at Walmart, I do not buy from Amazon, and now I am divorcing myself from Facebook. Life without them is much simpler.
This is our Daily News Page, so we do not have to go through Meta and Facebook to let you know what is happening at Good Natured. This is how our Sassy Salad begins.
For this quiet cold evening, we are enjoying a Literary Tea, this one is dedicated to Edgar Allen Poe from Simpson and Vail – black tea, pu-erh tea, lapsang souchong, beet root, and bergamot oil. To find these nicely packaged teas, visit one of our favorite shopping spots in Winchester VA, the Handworks Gallery.
